DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Orders are shipped directly to customers using standard services from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Orders with a shipping address different from the billing address may be subject to review, which could delay processing.
- Same-day or expedited shipping cannot be guaranteed if an order is placed on hold for review.
- We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
- Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address, not the billing address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is reported as lost, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will reship your order at no additional charge, subject to product availability.
Uniquely Irregular is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@uniquelyirregular.shop with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Shipping to P.O. Boxes may be limited depending on the carrier. If a carrier does not support delivery to P.O. Boxes, you will be notified during checkout or contacted a for an alternative address.
